Why do we play this game called love

Why do we do it?
Why do we all sign up to this game?
Some are first timers
Some been here for years
Each knowing whats going to happen
Yet they all keep going
Its the same game
Same rules
But different players
Some beat it and that is few
When you win, you get your love
When you lose, you are left in pain
Yet they get back up to play again
Why do we do it?
Why do we sign up for this game?
We won't know but I guess
