Shouting

Pain overcoming me
My mouth opens for nothing
No sound came out not even a squeak
Shock came over me
Then no breath
Struggling to breath
No one around
Alone in the dark
Save me someone
Screaming mentally for nothing
So what should I do
Nothing
Just die as my salvation
But I want to live
But pain stops me
I'm shouting for salvation and life
